Lazy River Haven is located inside the Coosawattee River Resort. Our log home sits on the banks of the Coosawattee River. While staying with us, enjoy fishing, sitting in the swing and watching the people float by in their tubes, and making a campfire by the river. You may enjoy the resort amenities or bring your fishing pole, floats, and tubes for great river fun. Riverfront, hot tub, pet friendly, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 16 with 3 full baths, 4 satellite TVs, 2 gas log fireplaces, game room, covered porches.

Main floor: Kitchen with microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender, iron and ironing board. Extra seating at countertop bar with 6 stools. Dining room table that seats 6. Opens to a covered porch overlooking the river with a round picnic table at riverside. Porch swing and hammock. Bedroom with a king bed, a TV, opens to full back with double vanity. Washer/dryer. Another covered porch with hammock. Living area has gas log fireplace, a queen sofa bed, satellite TV with DVD/VCR.

Top floor: Loft with 2 flip beds (sleeps 4). Private queen bed in bedroom with satellite TV and full bath opens to loft and bedroom.

Downstairs: Game room with pool table, air hockey, electric darts, game TV with games, a large screen satellite TV with DVD/VCR. Downstairs has gas log fireplace, 2 flip sofas (sleeps 4), private bedroom with queen bed, full bath with seated shower. Bathroom opens to bedroom and game room.

Game room opens to screened hot tub area, covered porch with table and chairs, and open access to the river. Outdoor swing by the river, fire ring for roasting hot dogs, charcoal grill for grilling out, with picnic table at riverside.
